Remember - Februllage Edition Collage on Vintage Book Cover
In the past, I participated in Februllage almost religiously, experimenting with different media each year.
From working on china plates to exploring digital collages during a studio absence, and encaustic works on cradle boards, every year brought new expressions and experimentation for me. This year, I only managed 11 collages, embracing the idea that Februllage encourages us to create as much or as little as our hearts desire. And I’m ok with that.
What I can offer you is a smaller collection of works featuring vintage postcards mounted on old book covers. Minimal and soulful, these pieces mix vintage photos with deliberate slow stitching. They are a celebration of authenticity, self-compassion, and the beauty found in simplicity.
Each collage is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and 2 hanging strips, to help you display it in your space.
